I recently had my living space concrete floor re ground and re polished by Concrete Grind and Polish Limited.
I originally dealt with John who quoted on the job and explained completely the job I would receive. He explained the work precisely in a most professional manner
and I received exactly what he told me I would receive.
Once I accepted the quotation I also dealt with Karen and Paul.
All three plus the men carrying out the work were careful, reliable and extremely professional. Their communication skills were reassuring and prompt.

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with these people. It was a stress free exercise.

I would have no hesitation to recommend this company as an expert job was carried out for me.

I cannot thank this team for what they have done.
It’s so satisfying to see a restored, shiny floor.

Thank you to all involved

I have recently had Concrete Grind & Polish do my floor and benchtop. The job they did was outstanding and they now look as good as new. I would totally recommend this company not only for the amazing job they did but also the cleaning up afterwards and the follow up.

Concrete Grind & Polish were amazing to deal with! Their communication was very good and they kept us in the loop throughout the process. John and Paul were both very kind and easy to deal with. They completed our job to a very high standard and on time! Our polished Concrete floors look amazing and are better than we were expecting. I would highly recommend John and his team and will defiantly use them again in the future!

We first built our house 18 years ago and John and his team polished our floors. We were affected by the Auckland Anniverary floods and I was gobsmacked when I called John and he knew exactly who I was and remembered our house. This went a very long way to making me feel like a valued customer not just a number. If I thought the floor was awesome before, now it is stunning, I absolutely love it. The new technology means it's even stronger and resistant to UV. From beginning to end Concrete Grind & Polish were outstanding to deal with, I highly recommend them to anyone.

John and Team have recently polished the floors at our Takapuna Cafe and did a great job. They did the job on time, worked with us to make sure we were up and running asap after the covid19 shutdown and kept us informed at the end of each day with the progress and plan for the following day. The finish speaks for itself and it really has completed the refurbishment of the cafe. Thanks to the Team!!

EVERYONE i've had contact with at Concrete Grind & Polish (John, Karen, Paul, Dave & Kyle) has been super helpful, prompt and professional. More importantly, they brought my plain (& not-so-clean) concrete floor into life and turned it into a stunning piece of art!! What a transformation! Their craftsmanship has simply exceeded my expectations. I am SO glad to have decided to go for a premium quality polished concrete because the value it brings to the space (& to our company) when someone walks onto it and notices it is priceless!

We're so impressed with the finish on our concrete. The guys took so much care and pride to achieve the highest quality finish possible.... way above expectations... thanks so much John, Paul and team!! Kathy and Geoff

John and his boys were amazing. Very friendly people. Easy to communicate with and they take pride in what they do. They did an amazing job of transforming my lounge, kitchen and entrance from carpet floor to polished floor. Thank you John.

John and his team were excellent. Very high quality finish to my concrete slab. Looks amazing and is a showstopper! Highly recommended
