A tricky access with stairs and small landing to navigate to gain access. All care was taken and could not have wished for a better result. They put in the extra effort to clean up the odd stain and bit of oil, and the floor came up close to perfect,there was just one spot where you could see a discolouration which is fantastic for a concrete that's been used as a garage/barn for decades. Im super happy with the result. It'll be the floor of a minor dwelling, and hardly any more expensive than vinyl plank but with a much nicer finish in my opinion. Would recommend concrete grind and polish whole heartedly.
