I recently had my living space concrete floor re ground and re polished by Concrete Grind and Polish Limited.
I originally dealt with John who quoted on the job and explained completely the job I would receive. He explained the work precisely in a most professional manner
and I received exactly what he told me I would receive.
Once I accepted the quotation I also dealt with Karen and Paul.
All three plus the men carrying out the work were careful, reliable and extremely professional. Their communication skills were reassuring and prompt.

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with these people. It was a stress free exercise.

Concrete grind and polish recently ground back our large old and damaged patio, we are very pleased with the final result. John and Paul and their great team were very informative and professional. super friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem when working out how to fix my concrete floor and it was a big job. Great communication and follow up. The guys helping went beyond what was required and were just so nice while on the job. Firstly having found Concrete Grind & Polish Limited on the internet, John, busy as he was, always returned calls, provided me with a detailed quote, & with his wife Karen were always really pleasant to deal with, compared to other companies I contacted and ask to quote didn’t give me a good sense of trust as what Concrete Grind & Polish did. So on a positive note, John and his team were professional and courterous and did a magnificent transformation of grotty lino glued concrete floors to a stunning ultra modern finish that I am thrilled with. John and Team have recently polished the floors at our Takapuna Cafe and did a great job. They did the job on time, worked with us to make sure we were up and running asap after the covid19 shutdown and kept us informed at the end of each day with the progress and plan for the following day.
