Firstly having found Concrete Grind & Polish Limited on the internet, John, busy as he was, always returned calls, provided me with a detailed quote, & with his wife Karen were always really pleasant to deal with, compared to other companies I contacted and ask to quote didn’t give me a good sense of trust as what Concrete Grind & Polish did. So on a positive note, John and his team were professional and courterous and did a magnificent transformation of grotty lino glued concrete floors to a stunning ultra modern finish that I am thrilled with.
