The concrete had been previously treated with a polyurethane which was heavily scratched and was turning brown.
The surface could not stand up to very high foot traffic and heavy pallet jacks. Our client wanted to give his shoppers a pleasant shopping experience and enhance his product. Removing the old sealer and polishing the concrete using the Diamond Polished Concrete system has totally transformed the space. Its easily cleaned, looks attractive, has lightened the store with more natural light and increased the shopping experience for his customers.
