John, we are writing to thank you for the fantastic job you and your guys did on our floor. You were the only contractors who arrived on time and completed the job exactly to our requirements. We are continually getting comments from friends about how stunning the floor looks and I love the fact that it shows very little dirt. In fact other than vacuming we have only washed it once.

We first built our house 18 years ago and John and his team polished our floors. We were affected by the Auckland Anniverary floods and I was gobsmacked when I called John and he knew exactly who I was and remembered our house. This went a very long way to making me feel like a valued customer not just a number. If I thought the floor was awesome before, now it is stunning, I absolutely love it.
