John, we are writing to thank you for the fantastic job you and your guys did on our floor. You were the only contractors who arrived on time and completed the job exactly to our requirements. We are continually getting comments from friends about how stunning the floor looks and I love the fact that it shows very little dirt. In fact other than vacuming we have only washed it once.

The blokes were really good too!!!

Our construction company have used Concrete Grind & Polish Ltd on two projects now, initially for a garage grind and seal, followed by a diamond grind and polished concrete floor in a large foyer for a current project yet to be handed over to the client. The finish is exceptional and with it currently protected, we can't wait to snap some photos and show the client the end result. The service I have experienced in working with John and Paul has been refreshing, attention to detail, application of knowledge and overall respectful people to collaborate with. In addition their men on the ground are a friendly bunch who respect all site rules, health and safety, and carry the same respect as the management do. On behalf of Meridian Construction we would highly recommend using Concrete Grind & Polish Ltd for your existing building, or new build requirements. Get them involved early, their knowledge should be applied early to ensure their prerequisites are met - giving you the desired finish! Callum Pirie - Meridian Construction

I have recently had Concrete Grind & Polish do my floor and benchtop. The job they did was outstanding and they now look as good as new. I would totally recommend this company not only for the amazing job they did but also the cleaning up afterwards and the follow up.

Highly professional team, they do really good work. Absolutely stunning floors. Could not be more impressed.

We first built our house 18 years ago and John and his team polished our floors. We were affected by the Auckland Anniverary floods and I was gobsmacked when I called John and he knew exactly who I was and remembered our house. This went a very long way to making me feel like a valued customer not just a number. If I thought the floor was awesome before, now it is stunning, I absolutely love it. The new technology means it's even stronger and resistant to UV. From beginning to end Concrete Grind & Polish were outstanding to deal with, I highly recommend them to anyone.

We have a beach property at Tawharanui and recently built a high spec shed. John and his team were fantastic to deal with. He discussed all our options with us and travel wasn't an issue. Communication with John and Karen was excellent. There team of guys were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend them. I have seen their finished product and can quite happily say that it looks amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend Concrete Grind and Polish to anyone. John and Karen are so professional and know their stuff. I never knew polished concrete could look so luxurious. Keep up the awesome work.

Wonderful experience with concrete grind and polish - excellent communication and professionalism - would def use again - highly recommend

Firstly having found Concrete Grind & Polish Limited on the internet, John, busy as he was, always returned calls, provided me with a detailed quote, & with his wife Karen were always really pleasant to deal with, compared to other companies I contacted and ask to quote didn’t give me a good sense of trust as what Concrete Grind & Polish did. So on a positive note, John and his team were professional and courterous and did a magnificent transformation of grotty lino glued concrete floors to a stunning ultra modern finish that I am thrilled with. Maintenance wise, it is easy to sweep, clean and maintain which is fabulous for anyone with animals who are probably allowed in the house more often than they should be. Thanks again.
