Concrete grind and polish recently ground back our large old and damaged patio, we are very pleased with the final result. John and Paul and their great team were very informative and professional. Their communication was excellent when the weather was not ideal and access was difficult. We knew exactly what was happening and when it was happening. We first built our house 18 years ago and John and his team polished our floors. We were affected by the Auckland Anniverary floods and I was gobsmacked when I called John and he knew exactly who I was and remembered our house. This went a very long way to making me feel like a valued customer not just a number. If I thought the floor was awesome before, now it is stunning, I absolutely love it. Our construction company have used Concrete Grind & Polish Ltd on two projects now, initially for a garage grind and seal, followed by a diamond grind and polished concrete floor in a large foyer for a current project yet to be handed over to the client. The finish is exceptional and with it currently protected, we can't wait to snap some photos and show the client the end result.
