We first built our house 18 years ago and John and his team polished our floors. We were affected by the Auckland Anniverary floods and I was gobsmacked when I called John and he knew exactly who I was and remembered our house. So on a positive note, John and his team were professional and courterous and did a magnificent transformation of grotty lino glued concrete floors to a stunning ultra modern finish that I am thrilled with.
